DMCA Policy

At Watch Marshals Show, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement and for submitting a counter-notification if your content has been mistakenly removed.

We are committed to responding to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Watch Marshals Show service, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth in this policy.

  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on Watch Marshals Show. Please include specific URLs (web addresses) where the material can be found.
  3. Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature: A clear physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, Watch Marshals Show will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. You must also include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Watch Marshals Show may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: A clear physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, Watch Marshals Show will typically restore the removed material in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
